Due to the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19, and following government advice, we’ve closed our office our team is working from home. So, it might be a bit harder to get hold of us than usual. Where possible we would advise that you should not hold for more than 10 minutes and instead e-mail us on email@example.com.
We’re working as quickly as possible to contact everyone affected by this unprecedented situation, prioritising customers due to travel before 13th September 2020. So – for now – we’re asking you to hold off on calling us if your trip is booked beyond this date. We really appreciate your patience.
We’re sure you’re keen to find out what this means for your holiday. You’ll find all the information you need about your next steps below.
If you’ve already booked a trip with Love2shop Holidays, here’s what you need to do:
Due to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s advice against all but essential travel, unfortunately your holiday won’t be going ahead as planned.
We’re working hard to contact all affected customers as quickly as we can to discuss options, but if you haven’t heard from us just yet, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for an update.
If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours then please call the team on 0345 077 4444 (Mon-Fri, 10am – 4pm)
We know you must be apprehensive about your upcoming holiday. Government advice is changing constantly, and we want to ensure that we provide the best possible advice based on up to date information.
We would therefore ask that you please bear with us and refrain from calling our team at this point in time. You can e-mail email@example.com but please check the suppliers’ own website for daily updates beforehand to help with the task in hand for those with imminent travel dates.
We fully appreciate the need to give you the freedom to be flexible with your booking and that you may wish to discuss rebooking options. However, please be aware that we are unable to offer a general availability search during this crucial period.
In line with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s latest advice, your holiday is due to go ahead as planned. So, if you’d like to make a change to your holiday, or cancel your booking, normal terms and conditions apply.
If anything changes in the run-up to your holiday, rest assured we’ll be in touch to discuss your options.
