Malvern Group, the package holiday provider behind Superbreak, has announced it has gone into administration.
Superbreak was one of the providers for our Love2shop Holidays division. The collapse, which is out of our control, has affected a number of our customers who have booked holidays with Superbreak.
We would like to reassure our customers that Love2shop Holidays will honour all existing holidays booked through this provider, even if not covered by the ATOL scheme. We will ensure that any customer booked through this supplier is not left out of pocket.
We will aim to re-book any holidays via an alternative supplier with immediate effect. If this is not possible, we will provide a full refund via the original payment method.
