Park Travel acts as an agent for tour operators therefore additional guidelines with whom the booking is made may have to be adhered to.
Contract Once a booking is made, the customer has accepted our terms and entered into a contract. This legally binding contract ensures that Park Travel can cancel arrangements made if payments are not received within the time scale.
Passports All customers over the age of 16 must be in possession of a passport and family passports can only be used when the lead name is travelling.
Names Extra charges may be incurred if incorrect spellings of names provided at the time of booking need altering, or a full name change is required.
Insurance – Having adequate insurance cover is an essential condition of booking with every tour operator. Please note that cover provided by credit card companies may not be adequate for certain holiday bookings.
Tickets – Tickets should be received 14 days prior to travel, please contact us immediately if they haven’t arrived 7 days before the date of departure.
Medical – Please seek advice from your doctor in case vaccinations to your chosen destination is required.
